At Preneta Physical Therapy, we know that understanding insurance benefits can be confusing, especially if you have an injury or pain. Our front office staff will work directly with your insurance provider – upon initial contact, they will take care of pre-authorization and all insurance communication. With insurance questions answered, you will understand your insurance coverage and your financial obligations for physical therapy before you begin your physical therapy program.
