Directions
FROM NEW YORK:
Take I-95 Northbound. Take exit 22 – toward Round Hill Road. Go for 0.4 mile. Continue on Walls Drive for 0.2 mile. Turn right onto N Benson Road (CT-135). Go for 0.1 mile. Then turn right onto N Benson Road — take immediate right onto Post Road (US-1). Travel 300 feet and turn left into the Bob’s Fairfield shopping Plaza. Preneta Physical Therapy is located in the right corner of the plaza.
FROM NEW HAVEN:
Take I-95 Southbound. Take exit 23 – US-1/Kings Hwy onto US-1 S (King’s Highway Cutoff). Go for 0.8 mile. Continue on Post Road (US-1) for 0.2 mile. Turn left into the Bob’s Fairfield shopping Plaza. Preneta Physical Therapy is located in the right corner of the plaza.
