Kimberly has worked with Preneta Physical Therapy since 2011. As Front Office Manager, Kim is responsible for all front office functions from patient intake through patient discharge. She works closely with the insurance companies coordinating benefits, ensuring authorization, and making sure our physical therapists can bill electronically. Kim is one of the first points of patient contact at Preneta Physical Therapy and is integral in coordinating and training Preneta Physical Therapy personnel on all aspects of our electronic medical software. She also works with legal offices and Workers Compensation and Auto Insurance Companies to ensure patient care which is accident related.

Kim, responsible for coordinating and delegating general office procedures, works diligently to ensure that patients are greeted warmly and receive all the information they need throughout their treatment at Preneta Physical Therapy.

Kimberly lives in Bridgeport with her busy family and enjoys spending time with her loved ones. Always positive, Kimberly focuses on the simple joys.
