Patient’s love our One on One Full Body Stretching Program! In this program, you will experience a one-on-one, clinician-based, hands-on session. The goal of our full body stretching program is to decrease any pain associated with your body’s movement, and increase and improve movement patterns and overall body awareness.
Bonnie Longley, BS, ATC, CSCS, is Preneta Physical Therapy’s designer and originator of the clinic’s One on One Full Body Stretching Program. She has been helping clients to improve body mechanics and function and decrease pain since 1996.
Your initial session will start with an assessment of your body’s current movement patterns. Our One on One Full Body Stretching specialist will see where your body is currently blocking movement and customize a one-on-one stretching program specifically designed for your body’s needs.
Your customized program can be as intense as you like it or as relaxing as you need. Starting at your hips – your stabilizing core, your One on One Full Body Stretching specialist will work systematically to stretch your muscles so that everything begins to relax.
Your clinician will repeatedly reach the same muscles but from different angles, stretching them in the ways that your body should be stretching them naturally. By the end of your full body stretching session, you will have been stretched from head to toe.
